Magellan Explorist Karten scannen

Hallo,

kennt jemand eine günstige oder kostenlose Software um selbst gescannte Karten in ein GPS Handgerät zu bekommen?
Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Magellan Explorist 210 Europe.

Ganz einfach ...
Es geht nicht. Außer PC-basierte Geräte "fressen" die anderen nur Vectorkarten. Die gescannte Karte stellt eine Rasterkarte dar. Erst durch Nachzeichnen mit Spezielsoftware, kann man hieraus eine Rasterkarte machen.

Das ist bei Garmin der Fall und wird bei den anderen Anbietern nicht anders sein.

Nein, auch nicht mit Fugawi oder OZIExplorer.
Wie Du an der Upload/Download-Liste erkennen kannst, werden die Maps nicht benannt. Wenn das Handgerät als GPS-Maus am Rechner bleibt, kann die Realtime-Position auf dem Rechner und der Rasterkarte mitgeschrieben werden.

Es entwickelt sich langsam eine Software-Funktion aus, zum Beispiel in TTQV, die Vectorkarten-Entwicklung auf Basis von Rasterkaten unterstützt.
